Equine Woods Reno
As remodels often do, this project started with one area and expanded to several other areas of the home. What began as solely deck remodel, grew into a master bathroom and guest bathroom. We even revamped the kitchen while we were at it!
Before construction started, careful consideration and thoughtfulness went into the design of all of these spaces. The clients main priority was to gain shading on their deck from the setting summer sun that created discomfort during the most ideal times for porch life! With the help of Fulton Fine Woodworks, we were able to remedy the situation with automated screen that drop down at the touch of a button. The patio and deck area was reinvigorated with a combination stained T&G ceiling and faux timber frame beam detail creating a warm cabin feeling for the clients to accompany their picturesque views.
The kitchen continued the T&G ceiling from the porch in the vaulted ceiling of the breakfast area. New light fixtures and a complete repaint gave this space a needed revamp.
At the bathrooms, incredible design and intent from Toni Webb of Dovetail Design led to an immaculate finish. A custom tile floor layout in the master bathroom lead you to a breathtaking shower. Custom closet shelving and vanity cabinetry, the space is truly one of a kind. The guest bathroom features designer wallpaper with custom cut and pattern white oak ceiling stained to match the furniture vanity!
